Yes. After a site survey we send a fixed, itemised quote, with anything we cannot see yet clearly flagged.

Do you work in occupied homes?

Yes. We protect and clean down every day and plan the work to keep disruption low.

Yes. Public liability cover of €6.5 million and employers’ liability cover of €13 million. Certificate available on request.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email or the enquiry form, we collect your name, contact details, property location and details of the work you want done.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, survey and quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and legal obligations require.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Squarespace, our email is provided by Google, and video on the site is served by Vimeo. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Cookies

Squarespace sets cookies needed to run the site and, if you allow them, for analytics. Vimeo may set cookies when the homepage video plays. You can choose which cookies to allow using the banner on your first visit.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@foundryworks.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
